Q: How to purchase my order on the site?
A: To order your purchase:
  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. Log into your account. If you do not have an account, please register an account before you make payment.
  4. Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page then click on “Next” button.
  5. Select your shipping methods then click on “Next” button.
  6. Choose your payment method then click on “Next” button.
  7. Finally, please reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and conditions.
  8. Click on “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q: How do I change my Account’s personal information and shipping address?
A:
  1. Log in to your Account.
  2. Click on “Account Maintenance”.
  3. Edit your account information and shipping address as needed.

Q: I forgot the password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
A:
  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in the email address that was used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click on “Submit”.
  3. A verification email will be sent to the email you have filled in. Once you have received the email, you may proceed to choose a new password for your account.

Q: Can I cancel an existing order?
A: Yes, only if the order is still at pending status and has not proceeded for shipping.

- Please send an email to our Customer Service at support@introvertlab.com with the message subject “Request to cancel order.”
- Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. 
 

Q: What is the product’s transaction currency?
A: All transactions are handled in MYR. 

Q: How long will the delivery take?
A: Delivery usually takes an average of 3-5 business days. However, if there are any unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you accordingly.
